Anyone can launch a token naming an X account (accounts that opted out cannot be named). It goes straight into a locked PancakeSwap pool.
Every trade pays a fee
A share of each trade's fee is set aside for the named account, chosen at launch between 1% and 4%.
Paid out in USDT through Railgun
The account owner signs in with X, sets a payout wallet once and is paid in USDT through Railgun.
